After a career as Communications Director for many large groups, both in Europe and the United States, Yves returned to France in 2018 to bring his expertise and participate in the creation and relaunch of several companies across different sectors. Yves also wanted to create an international communications agency based on a creative and innovative Business Model that had come to him after working with over 400 agencies around the world during his career: thus, was born YRSA communications.

With dual French and British nationality, Yves held executive positions at multinationals such as Total, CEA, Groupe Banques Populaires, Lafarge, Bouygues and Brandt, etc. From 2003 to 2017, in the United Kingdom and then in the United States, he held the position of Director of Communications and then that of Senior Vice President, Communications and International Affairs at Walgreens Boots Alliance (NASDAQ).

Yves’ preferred sectors are health, energy, automobile, manufacturing, banking and finance, as well as construction and real estate. His main areas of expertise are crisis communication, media relations, financial communication, managerial communication, advertising and awareness and image campaigns.

Yves is also Professor of Economics at the European Business Institute (IEA).

Julien Cotel

Chief Digital Officer

In digital communications, Julien Cotel is one of the most gifted talents of his generation. Chief Digital Officer at YRSA Communications, he is also one of the founders of the agency.

After different professional experiences in-house, Julien worked for digital agencies where he quickly became an expert in website creation, computer languages, inbound marketing, as well as KPI’s.

With 15 years of experience developing digital tools and solutions (websites, SEO, CRM), his areas of expertise include digital strategy, SEO, coding and new technologies.

Passionate about his field, Julien teaches at the Ecole Supérieure de Journalisme de Paris, at the French School of Journalism and at the European Institute of Business (IEA).

A British national, Giorgia Rowe is our International Director. Touching on different aspects of communications, she runs various international accounts across a range of sectors.
Following a successful experience within a European consulting agency, Giorgia became part of the founding team at YRSA Communications. Her enthusiasm, energy, positive attitude, and perseverance are among her most distinguished character traits.

In parallel to her role as International Director, Giorgia is also Chief Admin Officer, taking care of management, accounting, and also HR.

After completing her secondary studies in Toulouse, Giorgia was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Economics and International Relations from the University of Exeter (UK).

Laurence Genevet

Managing Director YRSA Riviera

Laurence Genevet is an emblematic figure in communications and media on the Côte d’Azur and in Monaco.

After holding various international promotions positions at Coca-Cola and Unilever, she then moved into the world of press and communications.

Successively a Member of the Management Committees of Midi-Libre, La Dépêche du Midi and Nice-Matin, she also oversaw sales and development. Laurence then headed up the financial marketing, communications and the company’s Foundation at Crédit Agricole Provence Côte d’Azur.

Currently CEO at EPI Communication, a magazine publisher and communications agency in Monaco, she has managed and developed this company for several years. A graduate of INSEAD, she has much expertise in the Luxury Goods, Tourism and Financial Banking sectors.

Agnès Gilbert is a specialist in media relations and crisis management. With an entrepreneurial spirit, her areas of expertise are real estate, healthcare, energy, fintech and industry.

Her experience and expertise are based on a formidable career in a financial communications agency, as well as her in-house experience (Rhône-Poulenc, Arkema, EADS) and within the framework of an independent consulting activity.

Major leading brands and listed groups have trusted her for a long time to develop their reputations as well as their relations with the media.

Caroline Gaillard

Artistic Director

Passionate about her profession, Caroline Gaillard, our artistic director, held a vocation for design and graphic design from a young age.

Following graduate studies in design and visual communications, she decided to create her own company in the South of France. Caroline’s excellent taste and creativity allowed her to quickly build up a client portfolio that included large companies, start-ups and individuals.

With a flair for versatility, Caroline has a gift for giving meaning, style, movement and relevance to her visual media. Her ability to innovate and constantly renew her productions allows tailor-made solutions for all our clients.

Based in London, with a foothold in Asia, Fiona Vogel is one of our senior PR and Strategy consultants, working on many of our large international projects. Her areas of expertise are real estate, finance and luxury lifestyle.

Fiona spent time at Savills in London, where she worked on London’s most prestigious developments and other impressive global projects, organizing press events across the world. In 2011, Fiona launched her own agency working from both Singapore and London for a diverse range of clients such as American Express, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank, Stanhope’s Television Centre, and many others.

Fiona joined YRSA Communications in 2020 and has a Law Degree from the University of Nottingham.

Valérie Braun-Paruit

Senior Public Affairs Consultant

Senior Consultant in Public Affairs and Institutional Communication (public policy strategy and opportunities, political and institutional communication strategy consulting), Valérie has an excellent knowledge of territories and the functioning of local authorities as well as a perfect mastery of relations with elected officials.

Valérie has extensive expertise and experience in the field of communications for public organizations and local authorities. She was an advisor to Hervé de Charette, successively Minister of Housing and Minister of Foreign Affairs. For more than 15 years, she held roles in the Paris region and in more rural areas as Chief of Staff and Director of Communications for elected officials in local authorities (town and city councils, EPCIs and départements). Valérie Braun-Paruit has a degree from the Sorbonne in Media Technology and Language, and a Master’s degree in Political and Social Communication and another one in Philosophy.

After graduate studies in communications in both France and then in the United States, Chloé Bazire began her career with roles in PR and tourism.

It was in 2017 that she fell in love with the world of the web, becoming a Social Media Manager. She then created her own structure and carried out missions serving recognized brands, including Mercure, Ibis and Editions BPI. Moreover, Chloé also works in the real estate industry.

As a Bilingual Community Manager, she has an excellent command of web marketing, e-advertising, social networks and media strategy. Professional, rigorous and methodical, she is guided by an ardent demand for results.

Esther has developed her communications skills in both Britain and France.

She previously worked as Communications Manager in the healthcare (Alliance Healthcare France) and automotive (Plastic Omnium) sectors.

She excels in content generation, digital communications, graphic guidelines and visual identities, internal communications, publications, and events.

Esther also has an original and rare savoir-faire in audio-visual, being a reputed bilingual voice-over professional. In this capacity, she worked on successful and famous campaigns for Eurosport, Renault, BNP Paribas and Microsoft.

She is an excellent copywriter. Music, singing (performance and composition) and charity work are among her main areas of interest.

An independent consultant and senior advisor in Corporate Communications, Hélène Boulanger has been a specialist in content creation and media relations for more than 17 years.

Gaining her experience in large International and French communications agencies, she has worked for companies of all sizes, both on the B2C and B2B markets. Hélène excels in crafting content that responds perfectly to issues of image, brand reputation and market share. She specializes in advising and supporting brands from the creating of their positioning and strategic messages to strengthening brand awareness among the media and stakeholders.

After many years of creating, organizing and perfecting media training sessions, Helen leads specialized workshops that allow clients to acquire and master the techniques needed when dealing with all forms of media.

Based in the Paris region and bilingual French-English, Hélène holds a Masters in Communications as well as a Bachelor in History and Geography. Literature and sport (swimming, rugby and cycling) are also passions of Hélène’s.

Laurence Andrée is a top notch Strategic Marketing Consultant. Having participated in the design, launch and growth of hundreds of brands, she is considered a reference expert in her field.

Formerly Managing Director of an international branding company, she has more than 13 years of experience in brand strategy, naming and branding, both in France and internationally.

Dual nationality and a dual career path, Nicolas holds a well-researched look on media and a keen expertise in the digital world.

Nicolas graduated from Neoma and Sciences Po Paris. He’s worked for large corporate agencies (Havas, Burson-Marsteller, Publicis Consultants …) in the brand development for companies and organisations of all sizes, from promising start-ups to large industrial groups through influence and content creation.

He is involved in training and coaching on strategic and sensitive topics, from auditing procedures to ad hoc support. Active and involved in online communities, Nicolas has collaborated with various digital media outlets (lexpress.fr, Slate, Owni …) and accompanied spokespersons and leaders in creating written, oral and digital speaking opportunities.

Patrizia Righetti

A dual French and Italian national, Patrizia works in both France and Italy.

Following language studies at the University of Rome, she developed an expertise in media coverage analysis before joining IFG Langues as Head of Training where she excelled for 12 years working for many multinational corporations (Total, Orange, Banca Intesa).

She then founded her own translation, interpretation, and coaching company (Autres Langues Associées).

She is specialised in training top business leaders and their teams thanks to her savoir-faire in the field of publishing and media.

The least we can say is that she is a fantastic addition to the Team.

Dedicated, creative and bubbly, Apolline Durel is one of YRSA Communications’ new recruits. After a Master 1 at Sup de Pub Paris, she joined the ranks of the agency on a work-study program for her Master 2 at ECS Paris in Press Relations and Events.

Assistant press officer in the musical world and now a communications consultant, her attraction for press relations and the media make her an asset. She also works closely with several community managers for the accounts of different clients.

Endowed with a sense of relationship, and having great human values, it is naturally that she quickly made her mark at the agency.

Following a 6-year career in architecture, Salma Sayadi launched herself a new challenge by switching to communications and digital marketing in 2020.

Obtaining her masters Degree from IEA Paris where she graduated top of her class, it is in 2021 that Salma’s know-how is added to the palette of talents of YRSA Communications. Her greatest quality: her graphic design and soft leadership skills.

Salma has also completed several training courses in various sectors such as marketing, finance, accounting, and computing.

Between Benchmark, monitoring, graphic design, audit and content creation, Salma is a real Swiss army knife in the digital field.

In the team since the beginning of YRSA Communications, Nordine Mohamed began his career at the agency in 2019 as an intern for his Baccalaureate in Administration Management.

Today, as an apprentice for his BTS in Management, he holds different administrative responsibilities at YRSA Communications. In addition to his skills, he contributes to the cohesive relationship between the different divisions of YRSA Communications.

His optimism, organizational skills, adaptability and stress management make him a rising talent for the years to come.
